Anne was born in Danbury, CT, daughter of the late Antonio Rodrigues and Louise Rodrigues. She attended St. Peter School in Danbury and was a 1954 graduate of Danbury High School.
After graduation, Anne spent her professional career as a loyal civil servant first in Mayor’s Office in Danbury, CT and later as an accountant in the Office of the Comptroller for the City of Danbury. She retired in 1999.
Anne enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. After retirement, Anne pursued her passion for landscape painting and participated in several local showings in the Greater Danbury area.
Anne was predeceased by a brother, Manuel Rodrigues.
In addition to her siblings, survivors include her nieces, Shawna Moore, Rebeccah Rodrigues, and Danielle Falconieri; and nephews Daniel Minahan, Timothy Minahan, Joshua Rodrigues and Robert Nichols. She was the proud Great Aunt of eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Monday, Sept. 11, 2023 at St. Peter Church, Danbury with the Rev. Gregg Mecca, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury.
