Shawn Michele Massey

Shawn Michele Hoffacker Massey was

born on July 7, 1957 in Midland, TX, and

left us on October 19, 2017. She graduated

from Lee High School in Midland, and East

Texas State at Commerce as a photography

major.

Shawn loved unconditionally and was loved

by countless friends and family. She was

devoted to her precious daughter Molly.

She was artistically blessed and had a unique

talent for decorating, cooking, and fashion.

Shawn embraced life. There’s always that

one person in every circle who is the life of

the party…the person you can count on to

follow through with commitments or go out

of their way to do you a favor…that was Shawn.

Friends are invited to celebrate Shawn’s life

on Saturday, November 4th, 2 p.m. at

Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home located

at 7405 W. NW Hwy, Dallas, TX, 75225.

Shawn’s parents were Sylvia Kornegay

Hoffacker, and Benjamin F. Hoffacker.

She is survived by her daughter, Molly Massey,

Molly’s dad, Jim Massey, stepson, JC Massey,

sisters, Troby Parrish, Mimi Key, Sandra

Hoffacker, Mary Benton, Lynne Berdofe,

brothers, Matt Hoffacker, Benny Hoffacker,

Charlie Hoffacker, and many wonderful

nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions

be made to Habitat for Humanity.

Shawn, your family and friends thank you

for your love, smiles, and caring heart. We

hope you have found the peace, love, and

happiness that you shared with so many.
