He is survived by his wife of 67 years and high school sweetheart, Jo Ann Cole; sons Woody Cole (Jennifer), Mitch Cole, Kyle Cole (Kelly) and daughter Lisa Cole; five grandchildren, Rachel Rains (Dustin), Mallory Cole-Wickham (Christopher), Abbey Cole, Dasch Cole, and Logan Cole; and 4 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his twin brother Donald Cole (Barbara) of Holly Lake, and numerous nieces and one nephew.
Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Bennett and Polly Cole.
Ronald attended Pleasant Grove High School and graduated from Southern Methodist University. He began his career at Pollack Paper Company and then was the owner manager of Cole Enterprises until his retirement. He was a wonderful Christian man who served many years at Bruton Road Christian Church. His hobbies included fishing at Rockport, Texas, gardening, and birdwatching. He loved his dog Mattie. He had many friends and family who loved him dearly and will greatly miss him.
