Robert Arthur Jimenez Jr., age 48, lost his battle with Cancer on October 31, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was born July 23, 1974 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Arthur Jimenez Sr. and Maria Irma DeLira-Mcliechey.
Robert was raised in Dallas, Texas and attended/graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.
He had five children. He was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and he served his community as a mechanic. In his spare time, Robert enjoyed music and was known as "DJ Don't Play" and would often produce music for known Dallas Rappers, Vanilla Ice and Immortal Soldierz. His family and friends will always remember him as a big hearted, selfless man who would do anything for his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Arthur Jimenez Sr.; paternal grandmother, Dora Jimenez; paternal grandfather, Marcus Jimenez, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Maria Garay DeLira; and maternal grandfather Inez Cruz DeLira. He is survived by his mother, Maria Irma De Lira-McLiechey; sister, Anita Maria Vasquez/Priscilla Vasquez; sister, Cynthia Ann Jimenez Keleher/Shawn Keleher; daughter, Linda; son, Anthony; daughter, Nia; daughter, Annalyse; son, Rafael along with twenty-seven cousins who loved him dearly. A final visitation for Robert will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247. Please consider the option of wearing a Dallas Cowboys shirt or colors for the visitation.
