Richard “Dick” Paul Rider of Plano, TX died on February 25th, 2013 at the age of 63. He is survived by wife, Joette Rider (Plano, TX); daughter Casey Rider (Dallas, TX); son-in-law Jason Williams (Bedford, TX); father and mother Robert and Virginia Rider (Leesburg, FL); brother Robert Rider and wife Mary Kaye (Indianapolis, IN); sister Cindy Bettis and husband Rick (The Villages, FL). He leaves behind many other loving sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and his beloved lab Bear. Dick was employed by Alon USA in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by daughter Kelly Rider Williams and mother Mary Jane Rider. In memory of Kelly, Dick has been involved in planning the UNDY 5000, a 5k race that raises money for the Colon Cancer Alliance. The memorial service will be held at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home in Dallas, TX on Friday, March 1st, 2013 at 1 pm.
