Phoebe Sherwood Perry died on Sunday, June 5, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. She was the widow of Russell H. Perry. Mrs. Perry is survived by nieces; Janet C. Farrell, Jeanne S. Ward and husband Jerry, Susan Perry Reilly and husband Tom; and a nephew, W. Keith Steiner. Per the request of Mrs. Perry, no services are planned. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Dallas Salvation Army, SPCA Russell Perry Animal Care Center or the charity of your choice.
