Peggy Joan McClanahan, 84, passed away on December 28, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on November 5, 1935 in Dallas, Texas to William F. and Annie Pearl Lambert. Peggy was raised in Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Adamson High School in 1953. Peggy married William McClanahan in 1965 and the couple had a son. She was a bookkeeper at various Dallas companies where she worked from more than 20 years. In her spare time, Peggy enjoyed painting, traveling and spending time with family. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving wife, mother and loyal friend. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, William McClanahan and parents, William F. and Annie Pearl Lambert. She is survived by her loving son, Ryan McClanahan; brother, William R. Lambert and wife, Susan; nephew, Daniel Lambert; niece, Rebecca Lambert and numerous cousins and friends.
