Born Pauline Elizabeth Collett in Cecil, Arkansas. She was married to Leroy Sossamon from 1942 until his death in 2000. She was a proud resident of Dallas since 1952. She retired at age 65 after many years of management in the dry cleaning industry where she made many life long friends with her kindness. In 2009 she married Raymond Hines of Dallas, where they lived happy for over five years. She is survived by her husband Raymond Hines, two sons; Michael and Robert Sossamon, two grand children; Aaron Sossamon and Ashley Morris, five great grand children, and one due in March.
