Patricia June Price

“A Celebration of Life” will be held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home West on June 27, 2021 at 2-4pm.

June was born in Los Angeles, California to Olen and Elise Peterman Hamby on July 6, 1939. She graduated from Prosper High School and then completed her education with a business school program. She worked in the insurance business for over 30 years while also working at the church nursery for almost 15 years. She was a long- time member of the First Christian Church of Plano.

June is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Charles, Harold and Woodrow Hamby.

She enjoyed working in her yard, traveling, watching sports and spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her daughters, Jan Eckensberger and Jill Price of Plano, TX; grand-daughter, Evy Eckensberger of Plano, TX, her sister, Marilyn Ford and brother, Larry Hamby. As well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
