Mary B Brewer

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary B Brewer on October 25th, 2024 in Mesquite, TX. Mary was born on September 22nd, 1928 in Winnsboro, TX. In her younger years Mary enjoyed playing basketball for her local high school. Once graduated she moved to Dallas, TX and chose professions in banking and in retail. Mary was a strong and independent woman at heart but fell in love with her late husband Herschel Pinson, whom she met through mutual friends. She had a passion for helping others with acts of service.

She is survived by son Billy Pinson and his wife Sheri Pinson, her daughter Donna Jones and husband Alvin Jones, grandchildren James Duncan, Montana Pinson, Ty Pinson, Suzanne Rodriguez and husband Josh Rodriguez, great-grandchildren Jackson and Sadie Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by husband Herschel Pinson, sister Imogene Pinson, parents Martha Jane Roberts and John Monroe Whitworth.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75228. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75228.
