Maria Hortencia Gonzalez-Fonseca

Maria González -Fonseca was 62 years old when the lord called her home. She was surrounded by her daughters Gloria Guerrero and Christina Roberson when she succumbed to her battle with liver cancer on December 31, 2020. She completed her journey of life up until the last day of 2020 and celebrated the New Year of 2021 in heaven with our lord and savior!

Maria was a devoted house wife and mother. Her cooking was to die for! You definitely could not come over to her house without being offered some food. That was just her. She never had a limit for her giving.

Mrs. González -Fonseca was such a funny person whose personality drew people in. She was always the life of the party. At the same time, she was not the type of women that would hold back her opinion and knack for telling it like it is and that is what was loved about her; that will definitely be missed.

She had a big love for music and dancing. There was not a place you could not get her to dance and she did it very well! We will always keep her memory alive and never forgotten.

Her celebration of life will be held at Dallas First Church at 1pm on 01/16/21 at 5606 Illinois Ave, Dallas Texas 75211.

Maria González- Fonseca was survived by her daughters, Gloria Guerrero and Christina Roberson; grand daughter Martha Fonseca; grandson’s James Roberson III, Christian Roberson, Daimon Jackson, Damarion Jackson, Nolan García, Noel García, and Malikye Guerrero.
