Maria Elena Alvarado, 65 passed away on February 1, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She was born September 7, 1955 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico to Domingo and Ernestina Luna. Malena was raised in Nuevo Laredo and attended Cosme Perez in 1961. She married Oscar Alvarado in 1978 and the couple had three children.
Although much of her time was spent as a homemaker, in her spare time, she enjoyed the company of her many friends and family. Her family will always remember her as being happy, full of life and a playful person.
Maria Elena is preceded in death by her mother, Ernestina, father, Domingo; husband, Oscar, Jr.; brother, Domingo, Jr., and son, Oscar III. She is survived by her daughters, Blinzia and Dilleny; grandsons, Jerry and Isaac, son-in-law, Gerardo; sisters, Angeles, Carmen, Titina, and Alicia; brothers, Mando and Jorge; along with many brothers and sisters-in-law
