John Wilburn Meadows died peacefully at Medical City North Hills Hospital on July 18th, 2019 in North Richland Hills, TX at the age of 86.
He is survived by his wife, Myrna and their three children, Rick, Tammy and her husband Craig, Ted and his wife Roxanne and his sister, Marcelene.
He was born on January 13th, 1933 in Warrior, Alabama to John and Ethel Meadows the youngest of five children. He married Myrna Harkrider on June 10th, 1958. He was a loving father/brother and provider who was a self-employed truck driver.
A funeral is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday July 24th at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R. L. Thornton Freeway with an internment to follow at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue. A viewing is scheduled for 6:00 pm Tuesday July 23rd. Condolences can be sent to www.dignitymemorial.com
