John Carroll Collins was born May 12, 1927 in Grand Saline, TX and passed away April 18, 2014. Preceded in death by his parents William Franklin Collins and Leona Perry Carroll Collins. Survived by his final caregivers, Vickie Baker, Darlene McDonald, Ana Santacruz, Sebina Barcley and the Quinton family whom loved him like their own. He was a graduated from University of Texas and University at Kentucky and held a Masters Degrees from both schools. He was an antique and fine art appraiser. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 Monday, April 21, 2014 at Grove Hill Memorial Park with visitation from 12:00-2:00 prior to the service.
