Jacqueline Yvonne Newman

Jacqueline Yvonne Newman (Allen) was born on April 1, 1942, in Dallas, Texas. She passed away on December 8, 2016 in Garland, Texas. Jacqueline graduated from W.W. Samuell High School in Dallas, Texas. She worked as an Office Manager for law office of Larry Newman. Jacqueline previously attended the Urban Park Baptist Church, Sunnyvale Baptist Church, and was currently visiting at the Destiny Christian Church. She loved spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and traveling to various destinations. Jacqueline was devoted to her family, and she attended every event that her grandkids were in. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis E. And Lillian M. Allen, and brother Bennett Allen. Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Larry E. Newman; children Melissa Goens and husband Grant, Theresa Williams and husband Billy, Alyssa Leann Morris and husband Brad; grandchildren Melinda Goens, Travis Williams, Melanie Goens, Trevor Williams and wife Lani, Tyler Williams, Conner Morris, and Dana Morris; sister Sheree Davis and husband Rick; nieces Paige Voight and husband Daniel, and Meredith Davis. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Grove Hill Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation.
