Jack O'Neal Moore was born April 1, 1957 to Jeremiah Moore, Sr. and Eselean Reed in Monroe, LA. He was raised in Bosco, LA by his grandparents George Jr. and Mildred Moore. He graduated from Richwood High School in Monroe, LA. For 30 years, he worked as an over the road truck driver. In 1985, he moved to Dallas, TX where he continued as a truck driver until he began working for the City of Dallas. Jack (Neal) united with Graceland Community Baptist Church in June 1998. He served as a Deacon, Usher and the Director of the Goodness and Grace Food Pantry. He had a servant's spirit and served others until he could no longer. He loved his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Kaimina, Leilan, Kyle, Kendrick, Jr.,and Karson, with all his heart.
In 1996, he wed Rita Carroll, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his mother, maternal and paternal grandparents, and two brothers, Willie Reed and Albert Lee Willis. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his daughters, Nekenya Moore and Keyuna Carroll, and two sons, Carl Crenshaw Jr. and Kendrick Crenshaw (Amanda). He leaves to cherish, his brothers, Tom Moore (Linda), Michael Moore (Sharon), Jeremiah Moore, Jr., Lucious Willis Jr., Johnny Willis (Pam), Cecil Reed, Jerrow Mumford (Renee), and Bobby Goins (Ronn) and sisters, Albertine Willis, Mary Reed and Marilyn Blade (Dorth). He also leaves to cherish his memory, his love, Cynthia Cooper, as well as a host nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
