(Hinckley) Dean; Daughter Kristin Lundberg; Son Justin & Andrea Dean; Grandchildren; Justin JR., Matthew, Victoria Dean and Ren Swanson; Sister Lisa Pate and his nephew Colby Blake. Jack will be missed by a host of family and friends.
