He was born in Brownsville, Texas, May 13, 1972 to Ramon and Berta Ramirez. Ignacio was a graduate of North Dallas High School in 1991. Amongst many things, he was a devoted fan to the Dallas Cowboys and was passionate for the Low Riders (Royal Image) and model cars.
Ignacio is survived by his wife Clara Jean and his children Alexander Blake Ramirez, Ignacio Ramirez Jr and Araceli Gisele Ramirez; his parents Ramon Ramirez and Berta Alicia Ramirez; his brother Ramon (Tina) Ramirez of Utah; his two sisters Esmeralda (Joe) Paramo Jr and Griselda (Leon) Parra; his nephews Isaiah R. Ramirez, Joe Paramo III and Elijah D. Parra; his nieces Amanda Ramirez, Vanessa J. Paramo, Ariel L. Paramo, Alexis C. Ramirez, Cameron M. Salinas and Allison (Suki) K. Salinas; future great-niece Trinity Hope Paramo, December 24, 2013 and a host of extended family.
Ignacio is preceded in death by his grandparents Leonardo Hernandez, Miguel Maya and his uncle Miguel Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5pm to 8pm in the Calvary Hill Funeral Home North Chapel of Mausoleum with a Rosary being recited at 6pm. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Calvary Funeral Home North Chapel on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 10am. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
