Frank Alvin Sims, Jr. passed away in Plano, Texas on June 6, 2016 at the age of 61. He was born on September 9, 1954 to Frank Alvin Sims, Sr. and Ethel Ann (Brown) in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his father and two sisters. Frank has now joined his mother who preceded him in death. He was lovingly cared for by his family and will be deeply missed by them.
