Enrique Ramon

Our family was so blessed to have had our father, Enrique Ramon Chavez, for 66 years (September 7, 1957 - September 18, 2023). He has been reunited with his father Enrique Ramon Sr and mother Emma Jovita Chavez de Ramón in the next life, and they will continue to live in our hearts forever.

Born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Enrique spent 43 years in the United States where his three children were born. In 2019, he returned to his mother country to retire peacefully. He bought his dream home in Santa Maria del Rio, S.L.P. and spent much of his time hosting friends and loved ones, and developing a small animal farm on his property. He will be remembered as an extremely skilled and talented craftsman and gardener; a lover of history, travel, and learning about different cultures; and, most importantly, as a loving father, brother, uncle, and grandfather.

He leaves behind his children Melissa Ann, Melanie Denise, and Adrian Enrique Ramon; granddaughter Violet Denise Ramon Rivas; brothers Jose Luis and Carlos Ramon; sisters Emma Leticia Ramon and Silvia Elena Tellez. Nieces and nephews Veronica and Mia Sara Ramon; Alex, Andrea, and Anabelle Ramon; Alexia, Francisco, Enrique, and Emma Tellez. Grandnephews Elijah Blue and Elena Aparicio.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023. A Visitation is scheduled for 12pm at Laurel Land Funeral Home, followed by a Committal Service at 2pm at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
