She was preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Polly Watts, brother; Jimmy Watts. Elsie is survived by her husband of 62 years Billie Walker, son; Johnny Walker, daughters and son-in-laws; Lisa and Bret Tarver, Marcy and Morris Boyd, grandson; Danny Walker, granddaughters; Lauren and husband Bobby Gray, Mallory and husband Allen Kinsala and Sydney Walker, great grandchildren; Riley, Ashtyn, Coy, Max, Easton, Kyle, Ty, Rafe and Tatum, sister; Carolyn Standfast, sister-in-law; Charmaine Morris and numerous nephews and nieces that she loved very much.
Elsie grew up in Oak Cliff and graduated from Sunset High School in 1958. Three months later she would meet the love of her life Billie. She was always present for her kids and grandkids activities which brought her much joy. She was an avid reader, enjoyed weekends at the lake, traveling the country in their R.V. and the world with Carolyn and Charmaine. Fellowship with her friends was always filled with love and laughter. She and her husband started advanced machining and Tool in 1986. Elsie will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
