Donald graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication.
He worked as a video editor at Channel 4 Fox News for many years. He was also a freelance writer for the Dallas Weekly.
Donald is survived by his fiance, Racquel Stringer. Parents, Larkland and Shirley Allen of Dallas. His sisters Sybil Allen and Charlotte Jones. Brother-in-law, Ralph Jones. And nieces and nephews - April Kyle, Amber Kyle, Jade Kyle, Adonis Kyle, and Joshua Snyder. He did not have any children of his own.
Donald was a beloved son, cherished brother, sweet, funny uncle, and loyal friend. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.
