Charles Bernard Taylor

Charles was born in Marshall, Texas to Irene Louise Strickland and OT Taylor. Charles was the middle son of three boys.

The family later moved from Marshall, Texas to Dallas, Texas, where Charles graduated from Lincoln High school in 1967. Shortly after graduation he headed to college Prairie View A&M University. A year into college, he was drafted by the United States Army on August 11, 1969. He served in Vietnam as a disciplined and dedicated soldier earning a:

He later married, Rosezelia Rogers Taylor. Rose and Charles shared three children, Shedrick Charles Taylor, Michelle Denise Taylor, and Brandi Nicole Taylor. Charles was preceded in death by his Father OT Taylor, Brother William Taylor, and Mother Irene Louise Strickland. Charles is survived by his wife Rosezelia Taylor, Brother, Darell Wayne Fields. Children: Shedrick, Michelle and Brandi. Grandchildren: Chad, Dia, Victoria, and Logan, Nieces and Nephews: William, West, Ashley, and Jessie Lee Ann.
