Was born on June 24, 1952 and he passed away on September 11, 2017. Chuck is survived by his children Corey Starr ( Sarah), Frankie Theriault (Diana), Sunny Starr, Maurine Camarena (Eddie) and Carla Camarena; sisters, Lorrie Crawford and Kathie Kessler. Chuck was a member of the Bricklayers Union #5. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joan and Charles Starr II and sister, Bonnie Chisolm.
