Carolyn was the loving and devoted mother of her only child Sa’Carol, and the funniest great aunt to her four great nieces, Katelynn “Chocolate” King, Courtney “Biggirl” King, Brooklyn “Ms. Pacman” Ford and Bronx “The Duchess” Ford. She loved to fish and work on cars. She loved horror movies, old westerns, the cartoon channel and always carried her own snacks to the movies. Her laugh and smile were infectious to all who knew and loved her. She never met a stranger and would strike up a conversation with anyone on any subject, because she was just that friendly.
"I was called to leave my earthly tabernacle to join my father, Arthur Lee Ford Jr.; mother, Lena Mae Hall; paternal grandparents, Annie Lorraine Harrison and DeWitt Harrison; maternal grandparents, Ranzay Cushingberry and Nellie Cushingberry and a host of other family members.
My memories are to be cherished by my adoring daughter Sa’Carol Ford, my only sister Sandra “Missy” Ford, brothers Arthur Ray Ford and Tommy Lee Ford, along with a host of family and friends."
