Bonnie L. Monroe, age, 94, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2017 at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas. She was born August 26, 1922 in Megargel, Texas to Paul and Ida Kreiter. She married Milton Monroe in 1970 in Durant, Oklahoma. She owned and operated a grocery store and café in Seagoville, Texas from 1950-1970. She is preceded in death by her husband Milton Monroe, parents, 5 siblings and grandson Heath Wilson. Left with cherished memories include her son Kenneth Eskridge; daughter Donna Robinson;son Dennis Eskridge; daughter Delaine Shindoll and husband Butch; sisters Joan Cumbie and Evelyn Wood. As well as 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and many other family loved ones and beloved friends. A visitation will be held from 11 am to 12 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation followed by interment at Mountain Park Cemetery in Saint Jo, Texas at 5 pm.
