Billy Dean Walker Jr.

It is with great sadness that the family of Billy Dean Walker Jr. announce his passing. Billy was born on November 20, 1956 in Dallas, Texas, to Marguerite Jean Walker and Billy Dean Walker Sr. Billy passed away peacefully in his sleep at home at age 61 on November 9, 2018.

Billy grew up in the Casa View neighborhood and graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1974. On August 13, 1977 Billy married Barbara Quinones and they spent 41 years happily married. Billy was a fun-loving guy who enjoyed telling jokes, riding his Harley, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Billy is survived by his wife Barbara; his daughters, Tina Flores, Barbara Picazo and son-in-law Daniel Picazo, and Margie Walker and son-in-law Felix Neilly; brother, Paul Walker; sister, Karen Delp; grandchildren, Gavin Walker, Sian Flores, Alyssa Picazo, and Elina Picazo; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Kathy Walker.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, TX 75228. Following the Mass, a reception will be held in the Parish Hall.
