Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a rosary at 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Calvary Hill. Funeral services will be held at 9:45 A.M. Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Calvary Hill with Father Michael Baynham of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Plano, Texas, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill and arrangements are by Dignity Memorial.
Andy was born in Dallas to Stephanie Marie Galvan and Michael John Puentes on October 17, 1998. He graduated from Plano Senior High School in 2017 and later attended Collin College in pursuit of his Associates of Science in Business. Andy was the proud owner of Andy’s Clean Slate.
Andy is preceded in death by his father Michael J. Puentes, Raymond Galvan Jr., Pauline Pineda, Juanita Galvan, Joe H. Pineda Sr., David Polanco III, JoAnn Rodriguez, Raymond Rodriguez, and Victoria Puentes.
Andy is survived by sister Abigail Galvan-Betts, mother Stephanie Marie Galvan, grandparents Yolanda Galvan and Tina Jinez, aunts and uncles Valerie and James Jones, Raymond Galvan III, Monica and David Polanco Jr., Christina Jinez and numerous loving cousins.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Galvan III, Raymond Galvan IV, David Polanco Jr., Matthew Jones, Mark Jones, Eric Robles, Jay Hernandez, Raymond Rodriguez Jr., and Jose Diaz.
Memorials may be given to Stephanie Marie Galvan. Andy’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the community of love and support.
