Mr. Albert Johnson was born in Marshall, TX to the parentage of Jesse Johnson and Adelaide Edwards Johnson. He was educated in the public schools of Marshall. Albert graduated from H.B. Pemberton High School in Marshall, TX. Albert served in the US Army in Germany, where his love for traveling began. He traveled throughout the U.S. and abroad. Albert accepted Christ at an early age at Greenhill Baptist Church in Marshall, TX After moving to Dallas, TX he united with Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and Concord Baptist Church was organized by E.K. Bailey, Albert was a charter member. Albert’s Growth Group met weekly and was mostly held in his home. Albert was employed by ABF Freight Line and worked there for many years before he retired. On Friday, October 20, 2017, Albert was called home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was welcomed beyond Heaven’s gates by his wife, parents, brothers and sister. Albert leaves to mourn his passing, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
