Born March 11, 1975, in McAllen, TX to Adan Rosa, Jr. and Alicia Garza Rosa. He worked for Clover Technologies as a Purchasing Agent. Recently, he enjoyed working part time alongside his brother, Ariel as a security guard for a church in Dallas.
Music was a big part of Aaron Rosa’s life. At a young age he would spend his summers playing guitar and bass with friends. He later went on to play bass for grupo Exito in which landed them a record deal with Sony Records as well as performances on TV tejano shows and live performances throughout his musical career. Aaron later went on to play with Pio Trevino and Grupo Majic. He was well known and respected as a talented musician with a big heart amongst all his musical peers. Later, he shared his gift of music by playing the bass in church.
Aaron had a pure heart full of love that he expressed on a daily basis to his wife, daughters, brother and extended family. Aaron excelled at anything he set his mind to learn; from barbecuing, growing his chile plants to playing pool. He was an amazing barbecue master! His brisket and baby back ribs were unmatched. It gave him joy to see people/family eat the food he had prepared. Another hobby he had, that stemmed from Rio Grande City’s chile del monte, was growing his own chile plants to make his own salsa. He took pride in the savory and spicy hot sauce he would make.
He was loving, selfless, generous, funny, resourceful, intelligent, and there was not a problem he could not solve. He was so proud to represent Rio Grande City in Dallas and he will always be remembered for the genuinely “GOOD TALENTED MAN” he was!
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adan Rosa Jr. and Alicia Garza Rosa; siblings, Adan “Sonny” Rosa III and Araceli Rosa and grandparents.
Aaron is survived by his wife Yolanda Graciela Zavala Rosa of 15 years, and 2 daughters, Araceli Alicia and Soledad Anabel, who were his love, pride, and joy. He is also survived by his brother, Ariel Alberto (Christy) Rosa and his children. He was loved immensely by his family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, parents- in law, nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles, and Godchildren.
