Born in Dalhousie, NB on May 13, 1936, son of the late Victoria (Diotte) and of the late Henri Philippe.
He is survived by his children, James (Janice) of Dalhousie, Victoria (Mark) Parent of Campbellton, Geraldene (Bart) of Dalhousie, Shirley (Sylvain) Noel of Quebec, Ann Marie (Chris) of Balmoral, Joseph Jr of Dalhousie and Lionel (Christene) Daigle of Moncton; His brothers, Frank of Dalhousie, Tim (Edwich) of Dalhousie, Jean Paul (Theresa) of Dalhousie; Sisters Ula (Clifford) Arsenault of Dalhousie, Geraldene Philippe of Dalhousie, Marie-Ange (John) Mabie of Vancouver BC. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Emai,
Edmond, Clarence, and Ivan Phillippe and his sister Emma.
Due to the weather, the visitation, today, will be cancelled and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
