Adeline was born on April 14, 1936 in Dalhousie, NB to the late George McIntyre and the late Florentine Malley.
While Adeline was a homemaker during the time her children were young, she then went on and dedicated her last 13 working years at the Charlo Provincial Park. Her passions were baking and cooking for her family, traveling and visiting new places with her close friends, learning new crafts and shopping for hours. Adeline loved to have her family over whether it was for a meal or just to sit and chat in her porch. She loved and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything in the world.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Judy (Gary) Parker and Ann (Malvin) Bernard. She is also survived by her brother Ralph McIntyre and sister Georgette Baker. As well as her 5 grandchildren: Jason, Todd, Trista, Kayla, and Mandy and her 11 great-grandchildren: Colton, Jackson, Logan, Jacoby, Ben, Kole, Brody, Bria, Jade, Ty, and Livia. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Eric Main, and siblings Irene, Gerald (Joe), Wilfred, and Alfred.
The family would like to take this time to thank all those who have cared for Adeline throughout her times of need. Theresa McIntyre, Therese Hache, Germaine McIntyre, Gladys Goulette (GG), Ellen Brimsacle, and Anne-Marie Phillips. We can’t thank you enough for being so kind and compassionate, and always going above and beyond.
She will be missed dearly by her family and friends, and all those who knew her.
