Roger Dale Tankersley

The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be on Friday, January 31, 2020 in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Bethlehem East Cemetery.

His family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Moss Service Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Ausby and Estelle Adams Tankersley; sisters, Gladys Lankford and Betty Kemp and brothers: James Lester Tankersley and Ralph Tankersley.

He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Tankersley; daughter, Tannis (Brian) McCombs; grandchildren: Hayden Claire, Ave Cate and Camden McCombs; sisters: Kathy (Donald) Schnurr and Jean (Glenn) Howse; brother: Andrew “Sonny” (Shirley) Tankersley; brother-in-law, Buddy Kemp; several nieces and nephews and his loving & faithful companion for 17 years, Billy Bob.
