Margie Swafford McWhorter passed away in Birmingham on April 26, 2020 at the age of 68. She was born September 30, 1951 to Burtis and Lola Elarece Mashburn Swafford. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Jennifer McWhorter, sister Janice Swafford.

A private graveside service will be held May 1, 2020.

Survivors are: son Scott McWhorter, brothers: Rickie Swafford, Johnnie Swafford and several nieces and nephews.
