He lived most of his life in Irondale, Alabama but moved to Boaz, Alabama later in life. Jerry was a skilled machinist, owning several machining businesses throughout his career. His love of engineering and computing can be seen through several of his children’s professions as engineers. In his final years, he battled cancer but was able to spend time with those he loved before his passing.
Jerome is survived by his son Jerry (Kim) Johnson; his daughter Lauri Elizabeth (Johnson) De Cicco; his son Alan Johnson; and his son Trey Johnson; his grandchildren Lily Johnson, Olivia De Cicco, Alison De Cicco, Alec Johnson, Harper Johnson, and Reagan Stewart.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055 from 6:00 PM to 9:00PM.
Chapel Service will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055.
