Interment will be in Arkadelphia Cemetery. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, June 1, 1954 to Ottis Evon and Ruby Nell Lay. She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents Dera and Riley Pugh and Docia and McKinley Lay.

Survivors are: husband Christopher Howard, mother Ruby Nell Lay.

Visitation is Thursday from 9:30 AM until service time at Moss Funeral Home.
