Robin C. Riendeau

She was born August 8, 1967, in Chicago to Russell and Barbara (Galiga) Henkel. On August 16, 1991, she married Gary L. Riendeau at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington.

She was a committed Christian and an active member of the Evangelical Free Church of Wauconda, serving in Children’s and participating in Women’s Ministries. She worked for American Needle for approximately 18 years and will be deeply missed by her coworkers. She was a devoted mother and wonderful wife.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Gary; her son, Justin; her mom, Barbara Henkel; and her siblings, Marc (Sandy) Henkel and Julie (Nathan) Warkel.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm on Thursday, February 2, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Visitation will continue from 9am to the 10am funeral service at the Evangelical Free Church of Wauconda, 700 W. Liberty St., Wauconda. Pastor Bob Boerman will officiate.

Interment will be Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
