Melody L. Strombach, age 66, of Ringwood, Illinois passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She was born on December 30, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph & Josephine (Palminteri) Scheib. She grew up there with her siblings until she moved to McHenry, Illinois. She spent the rest of her life here, raising 3 children.
Melody loved her animals, owning numerous dogs and cats and cherishing every one of them. She loved to cook for her family and friends, making her homemade spaghetti sauce & lasagna. She was loving and caring to everyone, and will be remembered for her compassionate soul.
Melody will be greatly missed by her husband, Hank Strombach; her children, Roy (Rosafe) Blake, Robin Rhoton, & Rose (Rolando) Gomez; grandchildren Melody, Roy, Joseph, Joshua, Rolando Jr., Zachary, Isabella; great-granddaughter Paisley; siblings Gale, Tammy, Dan, Jimmy, Bonita & Sandy; many nieces & nephews.
Melody was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Josephine Scheib; siblings Vic, George & Penny.
