Terrence D. McCullough passed away peacefully on October 6, 2017. He was born July 30, 1938. He is survived by his children, Joseph R. (Tracy) McCullough of Hobart, IN, Jeffrey J. McCullough of Hobart, IN, Jerald L. McCullough of Balleydehob, Ireland, and Sarah L. (Stephen) Canty of Balleydehob, Ireland; brother William T. (Charlotte) McCullough of Venice, FL; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, William D. and Esma B. (nee Dalton) McCullough; wife, Frances C. (nee Zimmerman) McCullough; sister, Lynn D. Kelley. Terry proudly served our county in the US Army. He moved to Indiana in 1964 after attending college at Michigan Tech in Houghton, MI. He was a retired general manager for Mutual of Omaha and was the Owner/President of Employee Benefits, Inc. in Highland, IN, which he founded in 1992. Terry had many distinguished career accomplishments. Terry was an Elder and Deacon for the First Presbyterian Church of Merrillville. Terry was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and friend and will truly be missed by all whose lives he touched. A memorial graveside service is being planned for June 6, 2018.
