Jeffrey Allen Clark passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, Illinois surrounded by family. Jeffrey was born on October 10, 1957 to the proud parents of Gerald and Alice Clark. He graduated grammar school from St. Michael Catholic School in Schererville, Indiana and graduated high school from Lake Central High School, in St. John, Indiana. He attended Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana.
In September of 1990, Jeffrey married the love of his life Sheila R. Lewis Clark. He worked for Technical Weighing Services, Inc. in Griffith, Indiana as a Scale Technician and Roll force Specialist for thirty-five years. In his lifetime, Jeffrey enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with his family.
His wife Sheila R. Clark; parents, Gerald and Alice Clark; his nephews, Thomas Reder, Chad Clark and Jason Clark; his niece Crystal Clark; and his brother-in-law Frank Sauzer preceded him in death.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his brothers Gerald “Jerry” (Dee Dee) Clark, Jr., Jack (Sandra) Clark, James “Jim” (Diane) Clark; one sister Jane (Lee) Wright; six nephews, Kyle Wright, Shawn Clark, William “Billy” Clark, Ryan Clark, Doug Reder, Michael Clark; four nieces, Michele Martinu, Heather Dumbsky, Ashlee Wright, Jennifer Barry; his good friend Susanna Koedyker and her children Sam, Steve, Carmen and Stephanie; a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, relatives and friends.
Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, Indiana 46307) with a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, Indiana.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society, Sepsis Alliance, or a Go Fund Me for Jeffrey’s cousin, Lori and her husband.
