Jacquelyn brought joy and happiness to all who knew her. Her warmth, kindness, and love touched the lives of many. Jacquelyn's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she left behind.
She is survived by her devoted parents, Steven and Marijo Dittrich; her protective siblings, Andrew and Samantha Dittrich; her loving grandparents, Dennis and Cynthia Dittrich; as well as her dear aunts and uncles, Aunt Lisa Dittrich, Uncle Alex Bondor, Aunt Diane and Uncle Bob Carbone, Aunt Rita Thomas, and Uncle Bill Canavan. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Dorothy Canavan; and her great-grandparents, Elmer and Mildred Johnson, as well as Jack Canavan.
Although Jacquelyn taught her family so much, it was time for her to move on and embrace all that she had missed in this world. Fly away, little one—you were truly a blessing.
Please join Jacquelyn's family in celebrating her life on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 9:30 AM at St. Christina Catholic Church, 3342 W. 111th Street, Chicago, IL 60655. Jacquelyn will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Gardens, 11333 S. Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
Jacquelyn will forever be remembered for the love and joy she shared with those around her.
