Daniel E. Deyarmin

Danny is the loving husband of 60 years to Jeanne Deyarmin; beloved father to Sheri (Don) Obert, Tracy (Adam) Tauber, Christine (Bernie) Elwood and Brian (Sheryl) Deyarmin; proud grandfather to Rachel Rosenthal, Cassie Obert, Tim Obert, Beau (Bree) Tauber, Emily (Al) Steffen, Brooke Elwood, Bryan (Amber) Phernetton, Zach (Sara) Claus, Abby Deyarmin, Jackson Deyarmin, the late Stephen Phernetton, Jr. and the late Cody Rosenthal; great-grandfather to seven.

Danny was a member of the Local #142 Union Teamsters, and a faithful member of Lowell Church of Christ, where he served as an elder. Danny was a true classic car guy. He loved rebuilding and showing his cars. He and his wife faithfully attended every local car show and enjoyed showing his 1956 Chevy Bel-Air and his 1964 Studebaker Daytona. He loved helping his friends with their cars and seeing his work at the car shows. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2024 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Lowell Church of Christ Church, 299 North Burr Street, Lowell, IN. Visitation will resume Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 11:00 am until the time of his Funeral Services at 12:00 noon at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. He will be laid to rest in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
