Walter C. Davis, Jr. 79, of St. Albans, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice House West.
He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Bessie Davis, Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son Carl Lee Davis, sister Mary Laverne Davis and brother John Davis.
He was a graduate of Dupont High School Class of 1962. He was a US Air Force Veteran and retired from Verizon.
He is survived by his daughters Rhonda Cotta and Debbie Davis, both of CA, brother Fred Davis, of Charleston, and many grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Long officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by St Albans VFW Post 6418 and American Legion Post 73.
Gathering of family and friends will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.
