Thomas Robert McAllister, age 80, of Courtenay, British Columbia passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Thomas was born October 17, 1940.
These are Tom's final words ~
I am blessed to have many friends who have stayed in touch with me. My children Monica, Drew and Danielle and grandchildren Liam, Jack, Dane, Kai, Avery, Cara, and Marlow are the most important legacy that I leave behind. I am proud of each of my children and each of my grandchildren. Everything they have done has made me proud and happy, and I love all of them very much. I trust that they will continue to instill the value of family. I am thankful that we have had time together in so many places. With a beautiful family and friends who have stayed in touch over the years, I consider myself to have had a well-lived life. Finally, I want to thank my best friend and life partner, Jen Holden, who has more than cared for me over the years but especially over the last five years. Jen has been my counsel, my nurse, and my advocate.
I have asked for no services. At an appropriate time in the future, the McAllister Clan will gather to celebrate.
