William "Bill" Lawrence Hall

Bill was a 1955 graduate of West Lafayette High School and on July 3, 1959, he married Sonja (Fisher) Hall who passed away on January 26, 1998.

He was a longtime member of the Church of the Nazarene in Newcomerstown and recently attended the First Baptist Church in Newcomerstown. Bill loved mowing his grass, enjoyed fixing trucks and was a wonderful woodworker, crafting many beautiful works of art.

Bill is survived by his three loving children, Pam Hall of West Lafayette, Steven L. (Kim) Hall of West Lafayette and Jennifer (Mike Creachbaum) Lindig of Coshocton; eight grandchildren, Steven T. Hall, Trisha (Avery) Dotson, John Paul Lindig, Jared (Natalie) Lindig, Jadn Lindig, Lea Ann Tignor, Hannah Schneider and Austin Schneider; eight great-grandchildren, Kolton, Kreston, Kaden, Kaylee, Harper, Jett, Archer, and Baylie; special friend Joy McDonnell, close family friend John Lindig and brother-in-law, Gene Clark.

Along with his parents and wife, Bill was preceded in death by his brother John Robert “Bob” (Shirley) Hall and sisters Arlene Clark and Olive (Russell) Gilmore.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery.
