Raymond Eaches

Raymond Edward Eaches, 82, of Newcomerstown, Ohio, passed away at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown, on Friday, November 15, 2013. He was born in Superior, Ohio on April 13, 1931, the son of the late Frank and Vera (Kelley) Eaches. Raymond served his country in the United States Army from 1952-1954 during the Korean Conflict. On November 9, 1954 he married Mary Ruth (Smith) Eaches, who preceded him in death in January of 2013. Raymond worked and retired as a Millwright at Stone Container. He is survived by his daughter, Diana (Michael) Sexton of West Lafayette, Ohio; two grandchildren, Meghan (Tony) Wise of Fresno, and Christina (Robert) Alaimo of Coshocton; one great grandson, Darian Ray Alaimo; two brothers, Joe Eaches and Larry (Audrey) Eaches; and four sisters, Edith (Wayne) Hart, May Grubb, Louise Shipman, and Faye (Joe) Henderson. In addition to his parents and wife, Raymond is preceded in death by his son, Dale Kenneth Eaches, and four brothers, George Eaches, Virgil Eaches, Gary Eaches, and Frank Eaches Jr.. Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 5:00-7:00pm. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 11:00am with Pastor C.E. Sonny Easterday officiating.
