William "Bill" Robert Morrison Jr., age 73, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, surrounded by his family and loved ones. William was born in Los Angeles California on January 11th, 1948 to Colonial William Robert Morrison and Regina "Jeanne" Morrison.
Bill worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and retired from Cardiology Associates of Corpus Christi. He was also a veteran and served in the United States Navy as a Navy Corpsman. He was a graduate of the University of Arizona, becoming an avid Wildcats fan for life. After moving to Corpus Christi, Bill meet and married Sylvia Morrison on Valentines day in 1987. Bill loved the outdoors and nature, spending his younger years hiking and running across the country. He did countless marathons and triathlons in many major cities, even into his 50's. His love for the outdoors continued on into his later years, as he made many great memories camping with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Bill was predeceased in death by his parents, William and Regina Morrison and his Wife, Sylvia Morrison. He is survived and remembered by his sisters Sharon Pinzone and Margaret Marie, his brother Robert Morrison; his son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Adriana Morrison; daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Preston Antunez, step daughters Belinda and Sandra Silva; and his 5 grandchildren, Kylie, Brayden, Eli, Ian, and Azriel.
A memorial in Bill's honor will be held on Saturday, June 12th from 5pm until 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel in Corpus Christi, TX.
