Santos Martinez

Santos Martinez, age 87, of Corpus Christi, Texas went to be with our Lord on Friday, March 11, 2022. He was preceded in death by his loving wife; Isabel M. Martinez; parents; Maria Ochoa and Margarito Martinez; and brother; George Martinez.

Santos was born on September 11, 1934. He is survived by his son; Santos (Gloria) Martinez Jr.; grandchildren; Jennifer (Lanny) Ballard, Santos (Jennifer) Martinez III, and Emily (Jimmy) Cuestas. He is also survived by his twelve great-grandchildren; Santos Martinez IV, Isabel Ballard, Hope Ballard, Sylar Martinez, Jade Perales, Johnny Perales, Zeke Cuestas, Patricia Cuestas, Angelica Cuestas, Christianna Cuestas, Moriah Cuestas, and Gabriella Cuestas.

A special thanks to our extended family; Emily and Jimmy Cuestas and their children. Emily was dad's adopted daughter and our little sister. Emily, you helped make dad's final years good by helping take care of him, taking him to his doctor's appointments, the girls cooking for him and spoiling him. He loved and trusted you very much. Our family is so blessed to have you in our lives.
