Roger Jeffrey Sparks

Jeff was born on May 15, 1962, in Covington, Kentucky, to parents Roger and Diana Sparks. He was the oldest of three children. As a child, Jeff and his family moved to Spring, Texas. Jeff graduated from Klein High School in 1980. Soon after graduation he started working in construction and eventually became a journeyman electrician and later a landscaper. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy in his children and grandchildren.

Jeff is preceded in death by his son, Justin Sparks, his granddaughter, Aria Williamson, his grandparents, Russel and Helen Sparks and Eugene and Aliene Lemox.

Jeff is survived by his parents, Roger and Diana Sparks, sister Yvonne Sparks Turner and husband Raymond, brother Michael Sparks and wife Dana, his three children, Ryan Sparks, Josh Sparks and wife Jenna and Kyle Sparks. Jeff is also survived by his former wife and friend, Melissa Sparks and his stepdaughter, Makenna Williamson and husband Clay.

He is survived by nine grandchildren: Kanin, Elijah, Presley, Oakley, Justin Sparks and Ahna, Elana, CJ and Mia Williamson.

A memorial service will be held on November 12, 2022, at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Spring Forest, 22703 Aldine Westfield Rd., Spring, Texas 77373.

Services are entrusted to Funeraria Del Angel-Everhart, 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
