Roger was preceded in death by his father Mike Perales, Sr.; sister, Diane Perales; grandparents, Geronimo (Chato) and Matilde C. Banda and Pedro and Aurora T. Perales.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Irma M. Perales; son Rogelio Perales, Jr. (Bernice) and mother, Irma Banda Perales; grandchildren, Makaylah, Rogelio III, and Romeo Perales; sister, Lydia Escobar (Eloy), brothers, Mike Perales, Jr. (Elinda), Hector Perales (Alicia), Arnold Perales (Betty) and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Honoring him as pallbearers are Roland Rodriguez, Mike Wanzer, Rudy Camareno, Albert Perales, Mateo Sarabia and Mike Perales III.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. a rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
